Sandy floods my studio, Tape Kitchen and home.

On October 29, the big storm surge forced so much water up the Gowanus Canal here that is flooded my studio and home with 3+ feet of water. Much of my gear was preserved, but a lot of personal and other studio items were destroyed, along with my car, which may run again, not sure. My friend Charles Orear from St. Louis set up this benefit site…

…which is helping clean and rebuild immeasurably. There is also a benefit concert planned at he Rock Shop in Brooklyn NY on December 11. Clean up continues, heartfelt thanks to all who have helped out. m.

Messin’ with iMovie.  The mic I used for the music tracks was the one attached to the earbuds on my iPhone. When I was recording the guitars I just threw the mic into the soundhole.

You have to give Apple a lot of money to get to Paris TX.
